Aljon Go

Aljon Go’s name is synonymous with the Nashville rock scene, hosting the long running “Local Buzz/Nashville Tapes” radio show for over 15 years. Growing up Seattle and Nashville raised by a musician and toastmaster it was only natural that Aljon would become an radio talent. Early on he displayed his love for the art of radio production by recording shows on an old tape recorder and microphone emulating his idol Casey Kasem for his family.

Nearing his teen years he learnedhow to play guitar and won an award as a junior songwriter performing is first “gig” at the age of 12 at the Country Music Hall of Fame. From there he performed at area clubs, teaching music, touring the world all while getting a degree in Communications. During that busy time Aljon worked his way up from running his award winning college radio station to working in music research for a radio station in Nashville until he was asked to take over as a full-time air talent. He then hosted shows on Nashville’s hit music stations, emceed countless concerts, events and discovered some of the best rock bands known worldwide.

His voice has been featured in national ads for Austin Peay State University, Guinness, Showtime All-Star Wrestling, Live365, WBUZ, WQZQ, WPRT, WGFX and WKDF just to name a few. His friendly and outgoing personality with a modern edge makes his voice well suited for almost any project. His warm and upbeat deliveries could be just what you need to make a lasting impression. Today Aljon travels the world speaking about new musical instruments for a leading guitar maker for various trade shows and events. He is also the station manager and “voice” of the #1 Disney internet radio station, Sorcerer Radio, where he co-hosts the Tiki Room Morning Show.
